The All-Inclusive Planning package covers every detail from start to finish accomplishing the day of your dreams.

This package includes complimentary initial consultation, unlimited phone calls, emails, day-of-wedding coordination, vendor meetings, site selection and one-on-one monthly planning sessions.

Areas of Focus:

Creating a detailed and realistic budget
Design of the wedding (décor, color scheme, invitations, cake selection and much more)
Coordination of vendor selection for the ceremony and reception (caterer, photographer, entertainment, florist, etc.)
Assistance with selection of wedding apparel, gift bags for out-of-town guests, guest accommodations and wedding favors
Review of all vendor contracts and tracking payments to vendors.

Day-Of Coordination - Complementary consultation

You shouldn’t have to be concerned with whether or not the vendors show up, if the centerpieces are on the tables, when to make your grand entrance or when to cut the cake. Day-of coordination is for the couple that has accomplished the huge task of planning the entire wedding, but simply needs someone to oversee the big day to ensure everything runs smoothly. Planning Ahead:

Site inspection of ceremony and reception site to understand your plans and vision
Creating a detailed timeline of the big day
Confirm with all vendors and review vendor contracts
Direct your rehearsal and coordinate your wedding party

Wedding Day:

Coordinate and organize details with all vendors
Oversee complete setup of ceremony and rehearsal sites
Distribute all final payments and gratuities
Oversee proper placements of table cards, wedding favors, cake table, setup of gift table, guest book, etc.
Coordinate and direct grand entrance, bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting
Unlimited coordination hours on your wedding day with an additional assistant if needed
Packing up gifts and seeing off the last guest to leave
